A Tailored HVAC System
The HVAC system provides independent heating and cooling to each room, adapting its operation to the building’s demand. Additionally, excess heat is recovered to instantly heat domestic hot water (DHW).
Hotel Event Management and Control System
This system allows for:
- 100% recovery of the energy required for DHW while the building demands cooling for HVAC.
- Elimination of all cumbersome anti-legionella requirements by avoiding the use of hot water storage tanks, leading to significant energy savings.
